Hello again, everyone! Today's TAOTOC update is perhaps its biggest yet, so hang in there so we can go through everything! Will I finally settle on a proper format for how I do these? Read on and find out!

Technical

• There is now a Linux version of the demo available! I don't know whether or not there was actually a demand there for it, but regardless, now you have that choice.
• Unfortunately, as nice as it looked, the rain effect in the outdoor scenes was doing one of two things: It was either causing those scenes to run poorly or just not showing up altogether. For now, I've just removed it outright.

Story (the meat of this update!!)

• There is probably two to three times more content in this version of the game than the last, and we are still in the very, very early (planned) stages of the game in the grand scheme of things.
• There are now multiple choices and branching paths for players to find in the current version that will continue to be developed in future updates, each with Ichiko interacting with and meeting different people along the way. This should give players a better idea of what sorts of things they can expect from what I hope The Alien of The Occult Club will look like down the road.

Other

• This one is comparatively much more minor, but the old Rose Garden Games logo has been replaced with the new, current one, and the The Alien of The Occult Club logo on the title screen has been changed out for a cleaner one, making the title screen look much nicer overall.
